急性脑梗死患者急救成功率的影响因素分析

摘要
目的:探讨影响急性脑梗死(ACI)患者急救成功率的相关因素.方法:选择 2018 年7 月至2022 年7 月于本院治疗的 115 例ACI患者为研究对象.根据溶栓治疗后的生存状况将其分为急救失败组(n=20)和急救成功组(n=95).调查患者的临床资料,经单因素、多因素Logistic回归分析方法对影响ACI患者急救成功率的因素进行分析.结果:115 例ACI患者中急救成功 95 例,急救成功率为 82.61%.急救成功组和急救失败组的发病至溶栓时间、神经功能缺损程度、合并糖尿病比较,差异均有统计学意义(P＜0.05).多因素Logistic回归分析显示,发病至溶栓时间≥4.5h、重度神经功能缺损、合并糖尿病,均是影响ACI患者急救成功率的独立危险因素(P＜0.05).结论:ACI患者急救成功率的影响因素包括发病至溶栓时间≥4.5h、重度神经功能缺损、合并糖尿病.
Abstract
Objective:To analyze the relevant factors affecting the success rate of emergency treatment in patients with acute cerebral infarction(ACI).Methods:A total of 115 ACI patients at our hospital accepted from July 2018 to July 2022 were selected and divided into failed emergency treatment group(n=20)and successful emergency treatment group(n=95)according to the survival status after thrombolytic therapy.The clinical data of the patients were investigated,and the influencing factors of the success rate of first aid in ACI patients were investigated by univariate and multivariate logistic regression analysis.Results:Among the 115 ACI patients,95 were successfully treated with first aid,with a success rate of 82.61%.There were statistically significant differences in the time from onset to thrombolysis,the degree of neurological deficit and diabetes mellitus between the successful emergency treatment group and the failed emergency treatment group(P＜0.05).Multivariate Logistic regression analysis showed that the time from onset to thrombolysis≥4.5h,severe neurological impairment,and diabetes were all independent risk factors for the success rate of first aid in ACI patients(P＜0.05).Conclusion:The influencing factors of the success rate of emergency treatment for ACI patients were the time from onset to thrombolysis≥4.5h,severe neurological deficit,and diabetes.
