摘要
目的:探讨俯卧位垫枕在玻璃体视网膜显微术患者舒适护理中的应用效果.方法:选取 2019 年 2 月至2022 年 2 月本院收治并进行玻璃体视网膜显微术治疗的患者 106 例作为研究对象.按照随机数表法将其分为观察组(n=53,在常规舒适护理的基础上加用俯卧位垫枕干预),和对照组(n=53,予以常规舒适护理).观察并比较两组患者在术后 2 周每天平均维持低头位时间、睡眠时长以及出现其他临床症状等情况.结果:在护理 2 周后,观察组患者平均每天低头位维持时间、睡眠时长均高于对照组;同时观察组肩颈不适、呼吸困难等症状少于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论:在玻璃体视网膜显微术患者的舒适护理中加用俯卧位垫枕,可以促使患者更长时间维持低头位,有利于患者尽早恢复,在临床护理工作中具有重要的应用价值.
Abstract
Objective:To observe the effect of Prone position pillow application in comfortable nursing of patients undergoing vitreoretinal microsurgery.Methods:A total of 106 patients who underwent vitreoretinal microsurgery in our hospital from February 2019 to February 2022 were enrolled in this study.They were divided into observation group(n=53,given U-shaped pillow intervention in addition to routine comfort nursing)and control group(n=53,given routine comfort nursing),The average time spent in maintaining head down position,sleep duration,and the emergence of other clinical symptoms were compared between the two groups.Results:After 2 weeks of intervention,the average time spent in maintaining head down position and sleep duration in observation group were longer than those in control group,the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).During intervention,observation group had fewer symptoms such as shoulder and neck discomfort and breathing difficulties than those in control group,the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion:Applying Prone position pillow in comfortable nursing of patients undergoing vitreoretinal microsurgery can promote the patients to maintain head down position for longer time,which is beneficial for early recovery.
