血清白细胞介素-12、白细胞介素-6在原发性闭角型青光眼患者中的表达及与神经纤维层厚度的关系

摘要
目的:探讨血清白细胞介素(IL)-12 及IL-6 在原发性闭角型青光眼患者中的表达及与视网膜神经纤维层厚度的关系.方法:选取2020 年5 月至2022 年6 月本院收治的103 例闭角型青光眼患者为研究对象,纳入观察组;并选取同时期 98 例健康者为研究对象,纳入对照组.比较两组研究对象血清IL-12、IL-6 水平,比较原发性闭角型青光眼不同眼压者的视网膜神经纤维层厚度(RNFL)值,采用多元Logistic回归法分析影响原发性闭角型青光眼RNFL水平的相关因素.结果:观察组患者血清 IL-12、IL-6 水平明显高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P＜0.05);随着原发性闭角型青光眼患者眼压的上升,IL-12、IL-6 水平及RNFL值逐渐下降,差异均有统计学意义(P＜0.05);经多因素Logistic回归模型分析结果显示,IL-12、IL-6、眼压水平是影响原发性闭角型青光眼RNFL水平的相关因素,差异具有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论:原发性闭角型青光眼不同眼压者IL-12、IL-6、RNFL值存在一定差异,IL-12、IL-6是影响RNFL值的相关因素,通过检测其水平的可评估患者神经纤维层损伤情况.
Abstract
Objective:To explore the expression of serum interleukin(IL)-12 and IL-6 in patients with primary angle-closure glaucoma and its relationship with retinal nerve fibre layer thickness.Methods:A total of 103 patients of closed-angle glaucoma admitted to our hospital from May 2020 to June 2022 were selected as observation group,and 98 healthy people in the same period were selected as control group.Comparison of serum IL-12 and IL-6 levels in different groups,comparison of RNFL values in people with different intraocular pressures in primary angle-closure glaucoma,and multifactorial logistic regression to analyse the relevant factors affecting the RNFL levels in primary angle-closure glaucoma.Results:The serum IL-12 and IL-6 levels of observation group were higher than those of control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05);with the rise of intraocular pressure in patients with primary closed-angle glaucoma,the levels of IL-12 and IL-6 gradually decreased,and the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05);With the rise of IOP in patients with primary closed-angle glaucoma,the RNFL value gradually decreased,and the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05);the results analysed by multifactorial logistic regression model showed that the levels of IL-12,IL-6 and RNFL in primary closed-angle glaucoma(P＜0.05).Conclusion:There are some differences in IL-12,IL-6 and RNFL values in primary angle-closure glaucoma among different IOPs.IL-12 and IL-6 are relevant factors affecting the RNFL values,and the nerve fiber layer damage of patients can be assessed by detecting their levels.
