Effect of Anticipatory Nursing Management Combined with Kegel Exercises in the Recovery of Bladder Function after Cervical Cancer Surgery

摘要
目的:探讨预见性护理管理结合凯格尔运动在宫颈癌术后膀胱功能恢复中的应用.方法:选取 2021 年 8月至 2023 年 8 月期间本院收治的 122 例宫颈癌患者作为研究对象,根据围手术期护理方案将其分为观察组(n=62,给予预见性护理管理结合凯格尔运动护理)和对照组(n=60,给予常规护理).比较两组患者膀胱功能、心理状态及生活质量,并统计两组护理满意度.结果:干预后,观察组患者留置导尿时间短于对照组,拔管后尿残余量少于对照组,尿潴留发生率显著低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P＜0.05).观察组患者焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分下降幅度大于对照组,癌症患者生命质量测定量表(FACT)评分上升幅度大于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P＜0.05).观察组患者护理满意度(100%,62/62)显著高于对照组(93.33%,56/62),差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论:预见性护理管理结合凯格尔运动可更好的优化宫颈癌患者术后膀胱功能,降低膀胱功能障碍风险,改善患者心理状态及生活质量,提高患者满意度.
Abstract
Objective:To explore the effrct of anticipatory nursing management combined with Kegel exercises in the recovery of bladder function after cervical cancer surgery.Methods:A total of 122 cervical cancer patients admitted to our hospital from August 2021 to August 2023 were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into observation group(n=62,received anticipatory care management combined with Kegel exercises)and control group(n=60,received routine nursing)according to the implementation of perioperative nursing programmes.Bladder function,psychological status and quality of life were compared between the two groups,and nursing satisfaction was counted in both groups.Results:After the intervention,observation group's indwelling catheterisation time was shorter than that of control group,the residual volume of urine after extubation was less than that of control group,and the incidence of urinary retention was significantly lower than that of control group,the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).The self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)and the self-rating depression scale(SDS)scores of observation group decreased more than those of control group,and the functional assessment of cancer therapy(FACT)scores increased more than that of control group,the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).The satisfaction with care of observation group(100%,62/62)was significantly higher than that of control group(93.33%,56/62),the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion:Predictive nursing management combined with Kegel exercise can better optimize the bladder function of patients with cervical cancer after surgery,reduce the risk of bladder dysfunction,improve the psychological state and quality of life of patients,and increase their satisfaction.
