基于积极心理学理论下的全程干预对烧伤后瘢痕整形患者的影响

摘要
目的:探讨基于积极心理学理论下的全程干预对烧伤后瘢痕整形患者心理状态、创面恢复及应对方式的影响.方法:选取2021年12月至2023年12月本院收治的108例烧伤后瘢痕整形患者作为研究对象,根据护理方案,将其分为观察组(n=56,给予基于积极心理学理论下的全程干预)和对照组(n=52,给予常规护理).比较两组患者创面恢复、心理状态、应对方式与满意度.结果:干预后,观察组患者创面恢复更快,创面愈合率显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05);观察组患者汉密尔顿焦虑量表(HAMA)及汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)评分均显著低于对照组,观察组患者应对方式中面对评分显著高于对照组,回避、屈服评分均显著低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P＜0.05).观察组患者护理满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论:基于积极心理学理论下的全程干预可加速烧伤后瘢痕整形患者创面愈合,更有利于提高患者积极应对方式,改善患者心理状态.
Abstract
Objective:To analyse the effects of a whole process intervention based on positive psychology theory on the psychological state,trauma recovery and coping styles of post-burn keloidoplasty patients.Methods:A total of 108 cases of post-burn keloidoplasty patients admitted to our hospital from December 2021 to December 2023 were selected as the study subjects,and they were divided into observation group(n=56,received whole process intervention based on the theory of positive psychology)and control group(n=56,received conventional care)according to the nursing programme.The trauma recovery,psychological state and coping style of patients and satisfaction were compare between the two groups.Results:After the intervention,observation group had faster wound recovery,and the wound healing rate was significantly higher than that in control group,the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).The scores of Hamilton anxiety scale(HAMA)and Hamilton depression scale(HAMD)of observation group were lower than those of control group,the score of facing in the coping style of observation group was significantly higher than that of control group,and the scores of avoiding and yielding were significantly lower than those of control group,the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).The nursing satisfaction of observation group was significantly higher than that of control group,the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion:The whole process of intervention based on the theory of positive psychology can accelerate the wound healing of post-burn keloidal plastic surgery patients,and it is more conducive to improving the positive coping style of the patients and improving their psychological state of healing.
