摘要
目的:探讨基于预见理念指导下的护理干预在重症肺炎呼吸机治疗患者中的应用效果.方法:选取 2021年7 月至2023 年2 月本院收治的87 例重症肺炎患者为研究对象.根据护理方案将其分为观察组(n=47,采用预见理念指导下的护理干预)和对照组(n=40,采用常规护理).比较两组患者血气分析指标[动脉血氧分压(PaO2)、动脉血二氧化碳分压(PaCO2)和血氧饱和度(SaO2)],住院时间和呼吸机使用时间以及并发症发生率.结果:干预后,观察组患者PaO2、SaO2均高于对照组,PaCO2低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P＜0.05).观察组患者住院时间和呼吸机使用时间短于对照组,并发症发生率低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论:基于预见理念指导下的护理干预可以明显改善重症肺炎呼吸机治疗患者通气情况,预防并发症发生,改善患者预后.
Abstract
Objective:To explore the application effect of nursing intervention guided by foresight concept in patients with severe pneumonia ventilator treatment.Methods:A total of 87 patients with severe pneumonia admitted to our hospital from July 2021 to February 2023 were selected as the research objects.According to nursing plans,they were divided into observation group(n=47,received nursing intervention guided by the concept of foresight)and control group(n=40,received routine nursing).Arterial blood gas indexes[arterial partial pressure of oxygen(PaO2),arterial partial pressure of carbon dioxide(PaCO2),arterial oxygen saturation(SaO2)],hospital stay,ventilator use time and the incidence of complications were compared between the two groups.Results:After intervention,PaO2 and SaO2 in observation group were higher than those in control group,and PaCO2 in observation group was lower than that in control group,the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).The time of hospital stay and ventilator use in observation group were shorter than those in control group,the incidence of complication was lower in observation group than that in control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion:Nursing intervention guided by the concept of foresight can significantly improve the ventilation condition of patients with severe pneumonia treated by ventilator,prevent complications,and improving patient prognosis.
