摘要
目的:探讨Roy适应模式下的舒适护理对结直肠癌化疗期间自我护理能力、生活质量的影响.方法:选择2022 年 12 月至 2023 年 12 月本院收治的 103 例结直肠癌化疗期患者作为研究对象.采用便利抽样法将其分为观察组(n=53,给予Roy适应模式下的舒适护理)和对照组(n=50,给予基础舒适护理).比较两组患者Kolcaba舒适状况量表(GCQ)、自我护理能力测定量表(ESCA)及反映生活质量的健康调查简表(SF-36)评分.结果:护理干预后,观察组患者GCQ、ESCA、SF-36 评分均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论:对结直肠癌化疗期间的患者,通过运用Roy适应模式下的舒适护理可使舒适度、自我护理能力、生活质量得到大幅度提升.
Abstract
Objective:To analyze the effect of comfort care in Roy's adaptation model on self-care capacity,quality of life during chemotherapy for colorectal cancer.Methods:A total of 103 patients with colorectal cancer received chemotherapy in our hospital from December 2022 to December 2023 were selected in this study.According to convenience sampling method,they were divided into observation group(n=53,received comfort care under Roy's adaptation model)and control group(n=50,received basic comfort care).Compare scores of the Kolcaba general comfort questionnaire(GCQ),engagement in self-care scale(ESCA),and the 36-item short form health survey(SF-36)between the two groups.Results:After the intervention,the scores of GCQ,ESCA and SF-36 in observation group were higher than those in control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion:For patients with colorectal cancer during chemotherapy,the comfort,self-care ability and quality of life can be greatly improved by using Roy adaptation model.
