摘要
目的:探讨专科护士主导的预防性心理干预联合舒适护理用于肿瘤射频消融术患者对心理韧性及自我效能的影响.方法:选取2020 年1 月至2023 年8 月本院收治的134 例肿瘤射频消融术患者为研究对象,依照随机分组法将其分为专科组(n=67,给予常规舒适护理干预联合专科护士主导的预防性心理干预)和常规组(n=67,给予常规舒适护理干预).比较两组患者干预前、后心理韧性指标[心理韧性量表(CD-RISC)]和自我效能指标[中文版癌症自我管理效能感量表(C-SUPPH)].结果:干预后,两组CD-RISC量表、C-SUPPH量表评分较干预前均有升高,且专科组高于常规组,差异均有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论:专科护士主导的预防性心理干预联合舒适护理能增加肿瘤射频消融术患者心理韧性和自我效能.
Abstract
Objective:To explore the effects of specialist nurses-led preventive psychological intervention combined with comfort nursing on psychological resilience and self-efficacy in patients with tumor radiofrequency ablation.Methods:A total of 134 patients with tumor radiofrequency ablation treated in our hospital from January 2020 to August 2023 were selected as the research subjects.According to the block randomization method,they were divided into specialist group(n=67,given routine comfort nursing combined with specialist nurses-led preventive psychological intervention)and routine group(n=67,only given routine comfort nursing intervention).The psychological resilience[Connor-Davidson resilience scale(CD-RISC)]and self-efficacy[Chinese version of strategies used by people to promote health(C-SUPPH)]were compared between the two groups.Results:After intervention,the CD-RISC scores and C-SUPPH scores of the two groups were higher than those before intervention,the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05),and the scores in specialist group were higher than those in routine group,with statistically significant differences(P＜0.05).Conclusion:Specialist nurses-led preventive psychological intervention combined with comfort nursing can increase the psychological resilience and self-efficacy.
