呼吸护理指导结合舒适干预在自发性气胸患者术后护理中的应用分析

摘要
目的:探讨呼吸护理指导结合舒适干预在自发性气胸患者术后护理中的应用效果.方法:选取 2021 年 9月至 2023 年 4 月本院收治的 102 例自发性气胸患者作为研究对象.依据干预模式将其分为实验组(n=52,采用呼吸护理指导结合舒适干预)和对照组(n=50,采用常规干预).比较两组患者术后恢复情况、视觉模拟评分(VAS)和Kolcaba舒适状况量表(GCQ)评分.结果:实验组患者下床、拔管、住院和疼痛时间短于对照组,并发症总发生率低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P＜0.05);两组患者VAS评分均降低,且实验组低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P＜0.05);两组患者 GCQ 评分均升高,且实验组高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论:在自发性气胸患者术后应用呼吸护理指导结合舒适干预,可降低患者疼痛感,提高其舒适度,促进病情恢复.
Abstract
Objective:To analyze the effectiveness of respiratory care instructions combined with comfort interventions in the postoperative care of patients with spontaneous pneumothorax.Methods:A total of 102 patients with spontaneous pneumothorax admitted to our hospital from September 2021 to April 2023 were selected and divided into test group(n=52,received respiratory care guidance and comfort intervention)and control group(n=50,received routine intervention)according to the intervention mode.Postoperative recovery,visual analog score(VAS)and Kolcaba general comfort questionnaire(GCQ)were compared between the two groups.Results:The duration of getting out of bed,extubation,hospitalization and pain in test group was shorter than that in control group,and the total incidence of complications was lower than that in control group,the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).The VAS scores of both groups were decreased,and test group was lower than control group,the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).The GCQ scores of both groups increased,and test group was higher than control group,the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion:Respiratory nursing guidance and comfort intervention in patients with spontaneous pneumothorax after surgery can reduce pain,improve comfort and promote recovery.
