精细化护理对肩关节镜治疗肩袖损伤患者疼痛及关节功能的影响

摘要
目的:探讨精细化护理对肩关节镜治疗肩袖损伤患者疼痛及关节功能的影响.方法:选取 2022 年 9 月至2023 年 10 月本院收治的 88 例肩袖损伤患者作为研究对象.按照干预方案将其分为观察组(n=46,给予精细化护理)和对照组(n=42,给予常规护理).比较两组患者疼痛评分[视觉模拟评分量表(VAS)]和心理状态[症状自评量表(SCL-90)],肩关节功能[美国肩肘外科协会评分(ASES)、加州大学肩关节评分系统(UCLA)]和肩关节活动范围.结果:干预后,观察组患者VAS评分和SCL-90 评分均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P＜0.05);观察组患者ASES评分和UCLA评分均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P＜0.05);观察组患者肩关节活动度均大于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论:精细化护理能有效改善肩关节镜治疗肩袖损伤患者疼痛程度和心理状态,并促进其肩关节功能恢复.
Abstract
Objective:To explore the effects of fine-tuned nursing care on pain and joint function in patients with rotator cuff injuries treated with shoulder arthroscopy.Methods:A total of 88 cases of rotator cuff injury patients admitted to our hospital from September 2022 to October 2023 were selected as study subjects.According to the intervention programmes,they were divided into observation group(n=46,received intensive care)and control group(n=42,received conventional care).The visual analogue scale(VAS)and symptom check list(SCL-90),American society for shoulder-elbow surgery score(ASES),the university of California at Los Angeles shoulder rating scale(UCLA),and shoulder range of motion were compared between the two groups.Results:After the intervention,the VAS scores and SCL-90 scores of observation group were lower than those of control group,the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).The ASES scores and UCLA scores of observation group were higher than those of control group,the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).The mobility of the shoulder joints of observation group were greater than those of control group,the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion:Refined nursing care can effectively improve the pain level and psychological state of patients with rotator cuff injury treated by shoulder arthroscopy,and promote the recovery of their shoulder joint function.
