摘要
目的:探讨情境经验双轨传递护理对行放射治疗的乳腺癌患者的影响.方法:选取 2019 年 10 月至 2021年1 月本院收治的105 例乳腺癌放疗患者为研究对象.根据护理方式将其分为研究组(n=54,给予情境经验双轨传递护理)和对照组(n=51,给予常规护理).比较两组患者癌因性疲乏(CRF)、心理、生活质量及不良反应发生率.结果:干预后两组患者 Piper 疲乏量表(PFS)评分均下降,且研究组低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P＜0.05);干预后两组患者医院焦虑抑郁情绪量表(HAD)评分均下降,且研究组低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P＜0.05);干预后两组患者生存质量测定表(FACT-B)评分均上升,且研究组高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P＜0.05);两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05).结论:情境经验双轨传递护理能够有效改善行放射治疗乳腺癌患者的心理状态,减轻其CRF程度,从而提高了患者放疗后的生活质量,且安全性高,具有临床应用价值.
Abstract
Objective:To explore the impacts of situation-experience dual-track nursing care on patients with breast cancer treated with radiotherapy.Methods:A total of 105 patients with breast cancer treated with radiotherapy in our hospital from October 2019 to January 2021 were selected as the research subjects.According to the nursing method,they were divided into the study group(n=54,received situation-experience dual-track nursing)and the control group(n=51,received conventional nursing).The cancer-related fatigue(CRF),psychology,quality of life and the incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:After the intervention,the Piper fatigue score(PFS)of the two groups decreased,and the scores of study group were lower than those of control group,the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).The hospital anxiety and depression scale(HAD)scores of both groups decreased,and the score of study group were lower than that of control group,the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).The functional assessment of cancer therapy-breast(FACT-B)scores of both groups increased,and the score of study group were higher than that of control group,the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).The difference in adverse reaction rates between the two groups was not statistically significant(P＞0.05).Conclusion:The situation-experience dual-track nursing care can effectively improve the mental state of patients with breast cancer treated with radiotherapy and reduce their CRF degree,thereby improving the patient's quality of life after radiotherapy,and has high safety and clinical value.
