摘要
目的:探讨多模态运动处方干预对多发性骨髓瘤(MM)患者生活质量及癌因性疲乏的影响.方法:选取2020 年1 月至2023 年6 月本院收治的98 例MM患者为研究对象,根据干预方式,将其分为观察组(n=50,给予多模态运动处方干预)和对照组(n=48,给予常规护理干预).比较两组患者干预前、后癌症患者生命质量测定量表(QLQ-C30)评分、多维疲劳量表(MFI-20)评分、视觉模拟量表(VAS)评分及汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)评分.结果:干预后,观察组患者QLQ-C30 评分较对照组显著提高,差异具有统计学意义(P＜0.05).干预后,观察组患者MFI-20、VAS、HAMD评分低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论:MM患者应用多模态运动处方干预可降低其负面情绪及疲劳状态,且对于改善患者生活质量具有积极作用.
Abstract
Objective:To explore the effects of multimodal exercise prescription intervention on quality of life and cancer-caused fatigue in patients with multiple myeloma(MM).Methods:A total of 98 patients with MM admitted to our hospital from January 2020 to June 2023 were selected as the research subjects.According to the intervention mode,they were divided into observation group(n=50,received multimodal exercise prescription intervention)and control group(n=48,received conventional nursing intervention).The scores of quality of life core scale(QLQ-C30),multidimensional fatigue inventory(MFI-20),visual analogue scale(VAS),and Hamilton depression scale(HAMD)were compared between the two groups.Results:After the intervention,the QLQ-C30 score in observation group increased significantly compared with control group,the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).The scores of MFI-20,VAS and HAMD in observation group were lower than those in control group,the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion:Multimodal exercise prescription intervention for MM patients reduces negative emotions and fatigue and has a positive effect on improving patients'quality of life.
