摘要
目的:探讨以安全风险为导向的防御分组授权护理在甲状腺手术患者手术室护理管理中的应用价值.方法:选取 2020 年 1 月至 2023 年 4 月在本院实施甲状腺手术的 96 例患者为研究对象.根据护理方式,将其分为观察组(n=50,以安全风险为导向的防御分组授权护理)和对照组(n=46,常规护理干预).比较两组患者护理质量、血压异常率、心率异常率以及管理风险事件发生情况.结果:观察组患者的血压异常率、心率异常率均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P＜0.05);观察组患者护理质量总分高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P＜0.05);观察组患者的管理风险事件发生率低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论:在甲状腺手术患者手术室护理管理中应用以安全风险为导向的防御分组授权护理可显著提升护理管理质量,降低术中的血压、心率异常率,有效预防管理风险事件发生.
Abstract
Objective:To explore the value of safety-risk oriented defensive grouping empowerment care in the management of operating room care for patients undergoing thyroid surgery.Methods:A total of 96 patients who underwent thyroid surgery in our hospital from January 2020 to April 2023 were selected as the research subjects,and they were divided into observation group(n=50,received safety-risk oriented defence grouping empowered nursing care)and control group(n=46,received routine nursing interventions).The quality of care,rate of blood pressure abnormalities,rate of heart rate abnormalities,and the occurrence of management risk events were compared between the two groups.Results:The rates of blood pressure abnormality and heart rate abnormality in observation group were lower than those in control group,the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05);the total score of quality of care in observation group was higher than that in control group,the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05);and the rate of management risk events in observation group was lower than that in control group,the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion:The application of safety-risk oriented defence group empowerment nursing in operating room nursing management of patients undergoing thyroid surgery can significantly improve the quality of nursing management,reduce the rate of intraoperative blood pressure and heart rate abnormalities,and effectively prevent the occurrence of management risk events.
