精浆果糖、α葡萄糖糖苷酶及锌对少精子症和无精子症的诊断意义

摘要
目的:探讨精浆果糖、中性α葡萄糖糖苷酶(α-Glu)及锌(Zn)测定在少弱精子症、无精子症诊断中的应用价值.方法:选取 2022 年 1 月至 2023 年 7 月 150 例本院门诊就诊者为研究对象,对其临床资料进行回顾性分析.根据其精液分析结果将其分为无精子症组(n=78)、少精子症组(n=40)和正常精液参数组(n=32).分析比较 3 组受试者精浆果糖、精浆中性α葡萄糖糖苷酶(α-Glu)及精浆锌(Zn)检测结果.结果:3 组受试者精浆果糖、α-Glu与Zn比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05).3 组间两两比较,精浆果糖、α-Glu与Zn各指标水平之间,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:精浆果糖、α-Glu与Zn联合检测可对临床少精子症、无精子症患者诊疗提供依据及帮助.
Abstract
Objective:To analyze and evaluate the diagnostic value of seminal plasma fructose,neutral alpha glucosidase(α-Glu)and zinc(Zn)in oligospermia and azoospermia.Methods:A total of 150 outpatient patients from January 2022 to July 2023 in our hospital were selected as the research objects,and their clinical data were retrospectively analyzed.According to the semen analysis results,they were divided into azoospermia group(n=78),oligospermia group(n=40)and normal semen parameter group(n=32).And the detection results of seminal plasma fructose,seminal plasma α-Glu and seminal plasma zinc(Zn)in the three groups were analyzed and compared.Results:There were statistically significant differences in the levels of seminal plasma fructose,α-Glu and Zn among the three groups(P<0.05).Conclusion:The combined detection of seminal plasma fructose,α-Glu and Zn can provide evidence and help for clinical diagnosis and treatment of oligospermia and azoospermia.
