多感觉联合刺激护理在急诊重症监护室脑出血昏迷患者中的应用

摘要
目的:探讨对急诊重症监护室(EICU)脑出血昏迷患者采用多感觉联合刺激护理的效果,并分析其对患者清醒情况、脑电图的影响.方法:选取2022 年1 月至2023 年9 月本院收治的81 例EICU脑出血昏迷患者作为研究对象.依据护理方法将其分为研究组[n=41,给予常规急诊护理+多感觉联合刺激(听觉、触觉、视觉、嗅觉、味觉刺激)]和对照组(n=40,给予常规急诊护理),两组患者均护理 7d.比较两组患者护理前、护理 7d时国际改良版昏迷恢复量表(CRS-R)、脑电图synek分级情况及EICU入住时间、清醒率等.结果:护理 7d时,研究组患者CRS-R评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05);研究组患者脑电图synek分级低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05);研究组患者EICU入住时间短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05),研究组患者清醒率与对照组比较,差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05).结论:多感觉联合刺激护理能够缩短EICU入住时间,改善脑电图synek分级,促进患者的意识恢复.
Abstract
Objective:To explore the effect of using combined multi-sensory stimulation nursing in emergency intensive care unit(EICU)patients with cerebral hemorrhage coma,especially on the wakefulness and EEG of the patients.Methods:A total of 81 EICU patients with cerebral hemorrhage coma in our hospital from January 2022 to September 2023 were selected as the research objects.According to nursing methods,they were divided into study group[n=41,received conventional emergency nursing plus combined multi-sensory stimulation(auditory,tactile,visual,olfactory and taste stimulations)]and control group(n=40,received conventional emergency nursing only).Both groups received 7 days of nursing care.The international modified comatose recovery scale(CRS-R),EEG synek classification,EICU stay time,and wakefulness rate were compared between the two groups before and after 7 days of care.Results:At 7 days of nursing,the CRS-R score of study group was higher than that of control group,the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).The synek grading of the EEG in study group was lower than that Sin control group,the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).The EICU stay time in study group was shorter than that in control group,the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).There was no statistical significant difference in wakefulness rate between study group and control group(P＞0.05).Conclusion:Combined multi sensory stimulation nursing can shorten the stay time of EICU,improve EEG synek grading,and promote patients'consciousness recovery.
