摘要
目的:探讨以家庭为中心的系统化健康宣教对儿童支原体肺炎雾化吸入患儿治疗依从性的影响;方法:选取 2022 年 12 月至 2023 年 12 月本院诊治的 80 例支原体肺炎患儿作为研究对象.随机将其分为观察组(n=40,给予以家庭为中心的系统化健康宣教)和对照组(n=40,实施常规护理).两组患者除常规对症支持治疗外,均接受雾化吸入治疗,连续治疗7d,护理持续至雾化吸入治疗结束.比较两组患者雾化吸入依从性、恢复情况及家属满意度.结果:观察组患者依从性高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05);观察组恢复情况优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05);观察组家长护理满意情况优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论:以家庭为中心的系统健康宣教能提高儿童支原体肺炎雾化吸入治疗的依从性,促进身体康复,家长对该护理模式实施的满意度更好.
Abstract
Objective:To explore the impact of family centered systematic health education on the treatment compliance of children with mycoplasma pneumonia nebulized inhalation.Methods:A total of 80 children diagnosed and treated with mycoplasma pneumonia in our hospital from December 2022 to December 2023 were selected as the study subjects.According to the random number table method,the children were divided into observation group(n=40,received systematic health education centered around the family)and control group(n=40,received routine care).During hospitalization,both groups of children received nebulized inhalation therapy for 7 consecutive days,in addition to routine symptomatic supportive treatment.The care continued until the end of nebulized inhalation therapy.The compliance,recovery status,and satisfaction of family members with nursing implementation of nebulized inhalation therapy were compared between the two groups of pediatric patients.Results:The compliance of observation group was higher than that of control group,the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).The recovery of observation group was better than that of control group,the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).The satisfaction of parents of observation group with nursing implementation was better than that of control group,the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion:Family centered systematic health education can improve compliance with nebulized inhalation therapy for mycoplasma pneumonia in children,promote physical recovery,and increase parental satisfaction with the implementation of this nursing model.
