摘要
目的:探讨双模式健康教育对心血管病史患者健康体检后遵医行为及生活习惯的改善效果.方法:选择2021 年 6 月至 2022 年 6 月在本院就诊的 80 例心血管病史患者作为研究对象.按照随机数字表法将其分为实验组(n=40,采用双模式健康教育)和对照组(n=40,采用传统健康教育).连续干预 3 个月后,比较两组患者心血管疾病知识掌握情况、遵医行为依从率、生活习惯变化和生活质量综合评定量表(GQOLI-74)得分.结果:干预后,实验组患者心血管疾病知识掌握评分、遵医行为依从率、生活习惯和生活质量各条目得分均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:双模式健康教育可有效提高心血管病史患者健康体检后遵医行为,生活习惯的改善效果良好.
Abstract
Objective:To explore the improvement effect of dual-mode health education on treatment compliance and living habits of patients with cardiovascular diseases history after physical examination.Methods:A total of 80 patients with cardiovascular diseases history treated in our hospital between August 2020 and August 2021were enrolled in this study.According to the random number table method,they were divided into observation group(n=40,given dual-mode health education)and control group(n=40,given traditional health education).After 3 months of continuous intervention,the scores of masteries of cardiovascular diseases knowledge(pathogenesis,clinical symptoms,drugs knowledge,adverse reactions)living habits,generic quality of life inventory-74(GQOLI-74)before and after intervention,and treatment compliance rate were compared between two groups.Results:After intervention,scores of masteries of cardiovascular diseases knowledge,treatment compliance rates,GQOLI-74 scores in observation group were significantly higher than those in control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Dual-mode health education can effectively improve treatment compliance and living habits of patients with cardiovascular diseases history after physical examination.
