摘要
目的:探讨微信公众平台在健康体检中心健康教育中的应用价值.方法:选取 2022 年 6 月至 2023 年 5月于本院进行健康体检、接受基于微信公众平台的健康教育服务的 56 例体检者为研究对象,并将其纳入观察组.另选择 2021 年5 月至2022 年5 月于本院进行健康体检、接受传统健康教育服务的52 例体检者纳入对照组.比较两组体检者的体检时间、漏检率、复检率、投诉率、焦虑自评表(SAS)评分、抑郁自评表(SDS)评分、健康知识掌握度、健康教育服务模式满意度.结果:观察组体检者各项流程花费时间均显著短于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P＜0.05).观察组体检者漏检率、投诉率均显著低于对照组,复检率高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P＜0.05).观察组体检者SAS、SDS评分均显著低于对照组,健康知识掌握度评分高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P＜0.05).观察组体检者健康教育服务模式满意度显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论:基于微信公众平台的健康教育可缩短体检者的体检时间,提高体检效率,改善心理状态及提高健康知识水平,降低投诉率,更易被广大群众所接受.
Abstract
Objective:To explore the application value of WeChat public platform in health education in physical examination center.Methods:A total of 56 patients who underwent physical examination in our hospital from June 2022 to May 2023 and received health education services based on the WeChat public platform were selected as the study subjects and included in observation group.In addition,52 patients who underwent physical examination in our hospital from May 2021 to May 2022 and received traditional health education services were selected and included in control group.The examination time,missed examination rate,reexamination rate,complaint rate,self-rating anxiety scale(SAS),self-rating depression scale(SDS),health knowledge mastery,and satisfaction with health education service mode of the two groups were compared.Results:The examination time of each step of observation group was shorter than that of control group,the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).The missed examination rate and complaint rate of observation group were lower than those of control group,while the reexamination rate was higher than that of control group,the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).The SAS and SDS scores of observation group were significantly lower than those of control group,and the health knowledge mastery score was higher than that of control group,the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).The satisfaction of observation group was significantly higher than that of control group,the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion:Health education based on WeChat public platform can shorten the physical examination time,improve the physical examination efficiency,improve physical examination participants psychological state and health knowledge level,reduce the complaint rate,and is more easily accepted by the masses.
