丙戊酸钠联合喹硫平治疗双相障碍躁狂发作的临床效果

摘要
目的:探讨丙戊酸钠联合喹硫平治疗双相障碍(BD)躁狂发作的临床效果.方法:选取 2021 年 10 月至2023 年 10 月于本院收治的 80 例BD躁狂发作患者为研究对象.按照治疗方法,将其分为观察组患者(n=40,予以丙戊酸联合喹硫平治疗)和对照组(n=40,予以丙戊酸钠治疗),均连续治疗 6 周.比较两组临床疗效、狂躁程度[Bech-Rafaelsen狂躁量表(BRMS)]、社会功能[社会功能缺陷量表(SDSS)]、精神状态[阳性与阴性症状量表(PANSS)]及不良反应.结果:治疗后,观察组总有效率高于对照组,BRMS、PANSS、SDSS评分低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P＜0.05);两组患者不良反应比较,无统计学差异(P＞0.05).结论:相比于丙戊酸钠单纯应用,在BD躁狂发作患者中联合喹硫平治疗效果更佳,更利于改善躁狂症状、精神状态和社会功能,且安全性好.
Abstract
Objective:To explore the clinical effect of sodium valerate combined with quetiapine in the treatment of bipolar disorder(BD)manic episode.Methods:A total of 80 patients with BD manic episode admitted to our hospital from October 2021 to October 2023 were were selected in this study.And they were divided into observation group(n=40,treated with sodium valproate combined with quetiapine)and control group(n=40,treated with sodium valproate),all of which were treated for 6 weeks.The clinical efficacy,mania degree[Bech-Rafaelsen mania scale(BRMS)],social function[social dysfunction screening scale(SDSS)],mental state[positive and negative syndrome scale(PANSS)]and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:Compared with control group,the total effective rate of observation group was higher,and the scores of BRMS,PANSS and SDSS were lower after treatment,the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).There was no significant difference in adverse reactions between the two groups(P＞0.05).Conclusion:Compared with sodium valproate alone,combined with quetiapine on this basis is more effective in the treatment of BD manic episode patients,and can improve mania symptoms,mental state and social function,with good safety.
