加味取渊汤联合布地奈德对上气道咳嗽综合征患儿中医证候积分及免疫功能的影响

摘要
目的:探讨上气道咳嗽综合征(UACS)患儿应用加味取渊汤联合布地奈德治疗对中医证候积分及免疫功能的影响.方法:选取 2022 年 8 月至 2022 年 12 月本院收治的 64 例UACS患儿为研究对象.采用随机数字表法,将其分为研究组(n=32,采用加味取渊汤联合布地奈德治疗)和对照组(n=32,仅采用布地奈德治疗).比较两组患儿临床疗效、中医证候积分、T淋巴细胞亚群水平和不良反应发生率.结果:研究组患儿总有效率高于对照组,治疗后主证及次证评分低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P＜0.05).与对照组比较,研究组患儿治疗后CD8+水平较低,CD3+、CD4+均较高,差异均有统计学意义(P＜0.05).两组患儿治疗期间均未出现不良反应.结论:UACS患儿采用中西医结合治疗效果显著,利于缓解临床症状,改善免疫功能,安全可靠.
Abstract
Objective:To explore the effects of modified quyuan decoction combined with budesonide on traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)syndrome scores and immune function in children with upper airway cough syndrome(UACS).Methods:A total of 64 children with UACS who were admitted to our hospital from August 2022 to December 2022 were selected as the research objects.They were divided into study group(n=32,treated with budesonide and modified quyuan decoction)and control group(n=32,treated with budesonide only)using a random number table method.The clinical efficacy,TCM syndrome score,T lymphocyte subsets and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate in study group was higher than that in control group,and the scores of main and secondary syndromes after treatment were lower than those in control group,the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).Compared with control group,study group had lower levels of CD8+and higher levels of CD3+and CD4+after treatment,the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).There were no adverse reactions occurred in the two groups during the treatment.Conclusion:The combination of traditional Chinese and Western medicine has shown significant therapeutic effects on children with UACS,which is beneficial for alleviating clinical symptoms,improving immune function,and ensuring safety and reliability.
