针刺联合中药外洗对脾虚湿蕴型湿疹患者的疗效

摘要
目的:探讨脾虚湿蕴型湿疹患者应用针刺联合中药外洗治疗的效果.方法:选择 2021 年 5 月至 2023 年10 月本院收治的 90 例脾虚湿蕴型湿疹患者为研究对象.采用随机数字表法,将其分为观察组(n=45,予以地氯雷他定分散片+针刺联合中药外洗治疗)和对照组(n=45,予以地氯雷他定分散片治疗).连续治疗 4 周后,比较两组患者的临床疗效、皮损情况、瘙痒症状、血清学指标及不良反应发生率等.结果:观察组患者总有效率高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P＜0.05);治疗后观察组患者湿疹面积及严重程度指数(EASI)、瘙痒视觉模拟量表(VAS)评分、嗜酸性粒细胞(EOS)计数、免疫球蛋白E(IgE)均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P＜0.05);两组患者不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05).结论:脾虚湿蕴型湿疹患者应用针刺联合中药外洗治疗可有效减轻皮损程度及瘙痒症状,降低EOS、IgE水平,效果确切且安全可靠,值得临床推广应用.
Abstract
Objective:To explore the effect of acupuncture combined with traditional Chinese medicine external washing on patients with spleen-deficiency and dampness type eczema.Methods:A total of 90 patients with spleen-deficient and dampness type eczema admitted to our hospital from May 2021 to October 2023 were selected and divided into observation group(n=45,received desloratadine dispersible tablets+acupuncture combined with traditional Chinese medicine external washing treatment)and control group(n=45,received desloratadine dispersible tablets treatment).After 4 weeks of continuous treatment,the clinical efficacy,skin lesions,itching symptoms,serological indexes and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of observation group was higher than that of control group,and the score of eczema severity index(EASI),visual analogue score of itch(VAS),eosinophilia(EOS)count and immunoglobulin E(IgE)after treatment were lower than those of control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).There was no difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P＞0.05).Conclusion:Acupuncture combined with external washing with Chinese medicine can effectively reduce the degree of skin lesions and pruritus,and reduce the level of EOS and IgE in patients with spleen deficiency and dampness type eczema.The effect is accurate,safe and reliable,and worthy of clinical application.
