血清异常凝血酶原、甲胎蛋白、铁蛋白、血清淀粉样蛋白A联合检测对肝癌的诊断价值

摘要
目的:探讨血清异常凝血酶原(DCP)、甲胎蛋白(AFP)、铁蛋白(Ferritin)、血清淀粉样蛋白A(SAA)联合检测对肝癌的诊断价值.方法:选取 2021 年 1 月至 2023 年 12 月南阳市中医院收治的 100 例疑似原发性肝癌(PLC)患者为研究对象.根据病理检查结果分为PLC组(n=58)和良性病变组(n=42),比较两组血清指标水平.以病理结果作为金标准,分析各指标单一及联合检测诊断PLC的应用价值.结果:疑似PLC患者经病理活检确诊 58 例(58.00%)为PLC.PLC组 4 项血清指标水平均低于良性组,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).4 项指标联合诊断PLC的准确度、特异度、灵敏度均高于各项单独检测,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论:DCP、AFP、Ferritin、SAA联合诊断PLC价值优于单一诊断,可提高诊断准确度、灵敏度,为临床诊断提供更多参考信息.
Abstract
Objective:To investigate the diagnostic value of serum abnormal prothrombin(DCP),alpha-fetoprotein(AFP),Ferritin and serum amyloid A(SAA)combined detection in liver cancer.Methods:A total of 100 patients with suspected primary liver cancer(PLC)admitted to Nanyang hospital of traditional chinese medicine from January 2021 to December 2023 were selected as research objets.According to the pathological examination results,they were divided into PLC group(n=58)and benign lesion group(n=42).The serum indexes of the two groups were compared.Taking pathological results as the gold standard,the application value of single and combined detection of each index in the diagnosis of PLC was analyzed.Results:Among 100 suspected PLC patients,58 cases(58.00%)were confirmed as PLC by pathological biopsy.The levels of four serum indexes in PLC group were lower than those in benign group,and the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).The accuracy,specificity and sensitivity of the four indexes combined diagnosis of PLC were higher than those of each single detection,and the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion:The combined diagnosis of PLC by DCP,AFP,Ferritin and SAA is more valuable than single diagnosis,which can improve the diagnostic accuracy and sensitivity,and provide more reference information for clinical diagnosis.
