摘要
目的:探讨血清干扰素(IFN)-γ、白细胞介素(IL)-6、白细胞介素(IL)-10 对重症肺炎患者短期预后的预测价值.方法:选取本院 2021 年 1 月至 2023 年 2 月收治的 125 例重症肺炎患者为研究对象,根据治疗 15d内患者是否死亡将其分为存活组(n=102)和死亡组(n=23).比较分析两组患者的一般资料和血清IFN-γ、IL-6、IL-10 水平.通过受试者工作曲线(ROC)分析探讨血清IFN-γ、IL-6、IL-10 对重症肺炎患者短期预后的预测价值.结果:存活组患者血清IFN-γ、IL-6、IL-10 水平明显低于死亡组,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).ROC曲线结果显示,血清IFN-γ、IL-6、IL-10 水平单独及联合预测重症肺炎患者短期生存情况的曲线下面积(AUC)分别为 0.780、0.735、0.727、0.826,且联合预测价值最高.结论:血清IFN-γ、IL-6、IL-10 可较好预测重症肺炎患者短期预后,且联合预测价值最高.
Abstract
Objective:To explore the predictive value of serum interferon(IFN)-γ,interleukin(IL)-6 and IL-10 in the short-term prognosis of patients with severe pneumonia.Methods:A total of 125 patients with severe pneumonia admitted to our hospital from January 2021 to February 2023 were selected as research objects and divided into survival group(n=102)and death group(n=23)according to whether the patients died within 15 days of treatment.The general data and serum levels of IFN-γ,IL-6 and IL-10 were compared and analyzed between the two groups.The baseline data and serum IFN-γ,IL-6 and IL-10 levels of the two groups were analyzed and compared.The predictive value of serum IFN-γ,IL-6 and IL-10 on the short-term prognosis of patients with severe pneumonia was analyzed by receiver operating characteristic(ROC).Results:The serum levels of IFN-γ,IL-6 and IL-10 in survival group were significantly lower than those in death group,and the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).ROC curve results showed that the area under curve(AUC)of serum IFN-γ,IL-6 and IL-10 levels alone and combined in predicting short-term survival of patients with severe pneumonia were 0.780,0.735,0.727 and 0.826,and the combined prediction value was the highest.Conclusion:Serum IFN-γ,IL-6 and IL-10 can better predict the short-term prognosis of patients with severe pneumonia,and the combined prediction value is the highest.
