摘要
目的:探讨光动力治疗中重度痤疮的治疗效果及护理体会.方法:选取在 2020 年 5 月至 2022 年 6 月期间在本院接受治疗的 80 例中重度痤疮患者为研究对象.采用随机数字法,将其分为干预组(n=40,采用光动力进行干预治疗)和传统组(n=40,采用红光进行干预治疗),治疗结束后对两组患者的治疗效果进行比较和统计学分析.结果:治疗后,干预组患者的总有效率为 97.5%(39/40),明显高于传统组(34/40,85.0%),差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).本研究还就其护理特点,治疗前后的细节处理的护理体会进行了阐述和讨论.结论:选择光动力治疗中重度痤疮效果更好,且副作用小、疗效确切.
Abstract
Objective:To explore the therapeutic effect and nursing experience of photodynamic therapy on moderate to severe acne.Methods:A total of 80 patients with moderate to severe acne who received treatment in our hospital from May 2020 to June 2022 were selected as the objects of this study.They were randomly divided into intervention group(n=40,received photodynamic intervention treatment)and traditional group(n=40,received red light intervention treatment),The therapeutic effect of the patients was compared and statistical analyzed between the two groups.Results:After the treatment,the total effective rate of the intervention group was 97.5%(39/40),significantly higher than that of the traditional group(85%,39/40),and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).This study also elaborated and discussed the nursing characteristics and nursing experience of detailed treatment before and after treatment.Conclusion:The photodynamic treatment on moderate and severe acne has better effect,less side effects and definite curative effect.
