手术室保温护理对胸外科手术患者应激反应及苏醒时间的影响

摘要
目的:探讨手术室保温护理对胸外科手术患者应激反应及苏醒时间的影响.方法:选取 2022 年 6 月至2023 年 5 月本院手术室进行胸外科手术的104 例患者为研究对象.将2022 年12 月至2023 年5 月的52 例患者纳入观察组,给予手术室保温护理;将 2022 年 6 月至 2022 年 11 月的 52 例患者纳入对照组,给予常规护理.采用统计学方法,比较两组患者苏醒时间,体温变化,应激反应(心率、收缩压、舒张压水平),术中不良反应发生情况.结果:观察组患者苏醒时间短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05);观察组患者T0、T1、T2、T3时点,体温均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P＜0.05);观察组患者心率、收缩压、舒张压水平波动幅度小于对照组,术中不良反应总发生率(1/52,1.92%)低于对照组(7/52,13.46%),差异均有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论:手术室保温护理应用于胸外科手术患者,能减轻应激反应,缩短苏醒时间,维持体温平衡,降低术中不良反应发生率.
Abstract
Objective:To explore the effect of temperature holding nursing in operating room on stress response and recovery time of thoracic surgery patients.Methods:A total of 104 patients who underwent thoracic surgery in the operating room of our hospital from June 2022 to May 2023 were selected as the research objects.And 52 patients from December 2022 to May 2023 were included in observation group,which was given with temperature holding nursing in operating room.And 52 patients from June 2022 to November 2022 were included in control group,which was given with routine nursing.Wake-up time,temperature change,stress reaction(heart rate,systolic blood pressure,diastolic blood pressure levels),occurrence of intraoperative adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:The recovery time of observation group was shorter than that of control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The body temperature of T0,T1,T2 and T3 in observation group were higher than those in control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The fluctuation amplitude of heart rate,systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure levels in observation group was smaller than that in control group,the total incidence of intraoperative adverse reactions in observation group(1/52,1.92％)was lower than that in control group(7/52,13.46％),and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of temperature holding nursing in the operating room can alleviate the stress reaction,shorten the recovery time,maintain the body temperature balance,reduce the incidence of intraoperative adverse reactions.
