摘要
目的:探讨主动风险防范管理对疾控中心集中静脉采血患者的影响.方法:选取 2021 年 10 月至 2023 年10 月赣州经济技术开发区疾病预防控制中心接收的 100 例集中静脉采血患者为研究对象.按区组随机化分组法,将其分为主动组(n=50,实施主动风险防范管理)和对照组(n=50,实施常规管理).比较两组患者心理状态[心境状态量表(POMS)]、风险事件总发生率.结果:主动组患者POMS量表紧张、愤怒、疲劳、抑郁、慌乱分量均低于对照组,精力、自我情绪分量均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P＜0.05);主动组患者风险事件总发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论:主动风险防范管理可有效改善疾控中心集中静脉采血患者心理状态,降低集中采血期间风险事件的发生率.
Abstract
Objective:To explore the influence of active risk prevention management on patients with centralized venous blood collection in center for disease control and prevention.Methods:A total of 100 patients with centralized venous blood collection admitted to the center for disease control and prevention in Ganzhou economic and technological development zone from October 2021 to October 2023 were selected as research objects.According to the block randomization grouping method,they were divided into active group(n=50,implemented active risk prevention management)and control group(n=50,implemented routine management).The psychological status[profile of mood states(POMS)],incidence rates of risk events were compared between the two groups.Results:The POMS scores of tension,anger,fatigue,depression and panic in active group were lower than those in control group,while the POMS scores of energy and self-emotion were higher than those in control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).The total incidence rate of risk events in active group was significantly lower than that in control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion:Active risk prevention management can effectively improve the psychological status of patients with centralized venous blood collection in center for disease control and prevention,and reduce the incidence of risk events during centralized blood collection.
