Effects of Structured Psychology Combined with Individualised Ingestion Training in Patients with Swallowing Dysfunction after Cerebral Infarction

摘要
目的:探讨结构式心理结合个体化摄食训练对脑梗死后吞咽功能障碍患者心理弹性、吞咽功能及睡眠质量的影响.方法:选取 2021 年 5 月至 2023 年 10 月本院收治的 98 例脑梗死后并发吞咽功能障碍的患者为研究对象,依据干预模式将其分为研究组(n=49,予以结构式心理干预结合个体化摄食训练)和对照组(n=49,予以结构式心理干预).比较两组患者干预效果.结果:干预后,研究组患者坚韧、自强、乐观得分高于对照组,研究组患者干预后14d、28d时的标准吞咽功能评价量表(SSA)分值低于对照组,研究组患者各项睡眠质量评分低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论:对脑梗死后吞咽功能障碍患者施行结构式心理结合个体化摄食训练,可改善心理弹性、吞咽功能及睡眠质量,促进患者病情恢复.
Abstract
Objective:To explore the effects of structured psychology combined with individualised ingestion training on psychological resilience,swallowing function and sleep quality in patients with swallowing dysfunction after cerebral infarction.Methods:A total of 98 patients with swallowing dysfunction complicated by cerebral infarction admitted to our hospital from May 2021 to October 2023 were selected as the study subjects,and they were divided into study group(n=49,given structured psychological combined with individualised ingestion training)and control group(n=49,given conventional intervention)according to the intervention modes.The intervention effects of the two groups were compared.Results:After intervention,the scores of tenacity,self-reliance and optimism in study group were higher than those in control group,standardized swallowing assessment(SSA)scores at 14d and 28d after intervention were lower than those in control group,and scores of sleep quality in study group were lower than those in control group,the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion:Structured psychological combined with individualised ingestion training for patients with swallowing dysfunction after cerebral infarction improves psychological resilience,swallowing function and sleep quality,and promotes recovery.
