摘要
目的:探讨协同护理干预对直肠癌手术患者的应用效果.方法:选取2019年 1 月至 2023 年 12 月本院收治行手术治疗的101例直肠癌患者作为研究对象.按照干预方案,将其分为观察组(n=51,予以协同护理干预)和对照组(n=50,予以常规护理).比较两组患者一般自我效能感量表(GSES)、生活质量生活简易量表(WHOQOL-BREF)评分及并发症发生率.结果:观察组患者 GSES、WHOQOL-BREF 评分显著高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P＜0.05).观察组患者并发症总发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论:协同护理干预可显著降低直肠癌患者并发症,缓解患者消极情绪,提高患者自我效能及生活质量,促进患者恢复,早日回归正常生活.
Abstract
Objective:To explore the application effect of collaborative nursing intervention on patients with rectal cancer surgery.Methods:A total of 101 rectal cancer patients admitted to our hospital for surgical treatment from January 2019 to December 2023 were selected,and divided into observation group(n=51,received collaborative care)and control group(n=50,receiver conventional care)according to the intervention plan.General self-efficacy scale(GSES),world health organization quality of life-bref(WHOQOL-BREF)and complication rates were compared between the two groups.Results:GSES and WHOQOL-BREF scores in observation group were higher than those in control group,the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).The total complication rate of observation group was lower than that of control group,the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion:Collaborative nursing intervention can significantly reduce the complications of patients with rectal cancer,alleviate the negative emotions of patients,improve the self-efficacy and quality of life of patients,promote the recovery of patients,and return to normal life as soon as possible.
