临床护理路径在急诊脑卒中患者临床治疗中的应用价值

摘要
目的:探讨临床护理路径在急诊脑卒中患者临床治疗中的应用价值.方法:选取2020 年2 月至2023 年4月本院急诊科收治的 198 例脑卒中患者为研究对象.所有患者均接受急诊静脉溶栓手术治疗.根据护理模式,将其分为观察组(n=102,采取临床护理路径模式)和对照组(n=96,采取常规护理模式).比较两组患者吞咽功能、心理状态以及临床转归情况.结果:干预后,观察组患者洼田饮水试验吞咽功能分级阴性率(76/102,74.51％)明显高于对照组(54/96,56.25％),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者病人健康问卷抑郁自评量表(PHQ-9)、焦虑自评量表(SAS)评分低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者总良好结局率(90/102,88.22％)明显高于对照组(62/96,64.57％),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:采取临床护理路径模式对急诊入院接受静脉溶栓术治疗的脑卒中患者进行护理,可有效改善患者吞咽功能、缓解负面情绪、促进疾病转归.
Abstract
Objective:To explore the application value of clinical nursing pathway in the clinical treatment of emergency stroke patients.Methods:A total of 198 patients with stroke admitted to the emergency department of our hospital from February 2020 to April 2023 were selected as research objects.All patients received emergency intravenous thrombolysis.According to nursing mode,they were divided into observation group(n=102,received clinical nursing pathway mode)and control group(n=96,received routine nursing mode).The swallowing function,psychological state and clinical outcome of the two groups were compared.Results:After intervention,the negative rate of swallowing function classification of Kubota drinking test in observation group(76/102,74.51%)was higher than that in control group(54/96,56.25%),and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).The patient health questionnaire-9(PHQ-9)score and self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)score of observation group were lower than those of control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).The total good outcome rate of observation group(90/102,88.22%)was higher than that of control group(62/96,64.57%),and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion:The application of clinical nursing pathway model in the nursing of acute stroke patients with intravenous thrombolysis can effectively improve the swallowing ability,alleviate the negative emotions and improve disease outcome of patients.
