精细化护理结合个性化干预在小儿过敏性紫癜治疗中的应用效果

摘要
目的:探讨精细化护理结合个性化干预在小儿过敏性紫癜治疗中的应用效果.方法:选取 2020 年 1 月至2022 年 12 月本院收治的 86 例过敏性紫癜患儿作为研究对象.根据护理方式,将其分为观察组(n=44,予以精细化护理结合个性化干预)和对照组(n=42,予以常规护理).比较两组患儿临床指标、护理依从性与复发情况.结果:干预后,观察组患儿紫癜消退、腹痛消失及住院时间明显短于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P＜0.05);干预后,两组患儿护理依从性评分均上升,且观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05);干预后,观察组患儿治疗后 3 个月、6 个月的复发率均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论:对过敏性紫癜患儿进行精细化护理结合个性化干预护理效果显著,可提高患儿对护理的依从性,促进疾病的恢复,并可降低复发率.
Abstract
Objective:To explore the application effect of refined nursing combined with personalised interventions in the treatment of paediatric allergic purpura.Methods:A total of 86 children with anaphylactic purpura admitted to our hospital from January 2020 to December 2022 were selected as the study subjects,and they were divided into observation group(n=44,received refined care combined with personalised intervention)and control group(n=42,received conventional care)according to the nursing method.Comparison of clinical indicators,compliance with care and recurrence between the two groups.Results:After the intervention,the purpura subsided,abdominal pain disappeared and the hospitalisation times of observation group were shorter than those of control group,the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05);after the intervention,the nursing care adherence scores of the two groups increased,and observation group was higher than that of control group,the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05);after the intervention,the recurrence rate of observation group was lower than that of control group at 3 and 6 months after treatment,the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion:The nursing effect of fine nursing care combined with personalised interventions for children with allergic purpura is remarkable,which can improve the children's compliance with nursing care,promote the recovery of the disease,and reduce the recurrence rate.
