基于改良早期预警评分的医护责任制分层级护理在重症胰腺炎患者中的应用

摘要
目的:探讨基于改良早期预警评分(MEWS)的医护责任制分层级护理在重症胰腺炎(SAP)患者中的应用效果.方法:选取 2022 年 1 月至 2023 年 8 月于本院就诊的 64 例SAP 患者作为研究对象,随机分为联合组(n=34,接受基于MEWS评分医护责任制分层级护理)和常规组(n=30,接受常规护理).比较两组患者病情状况指标[MEWS评分]、相关症状恢复时间、生活质量[健康调查简表(SF-36)评分].结果:干预后,联合组患者MEWS评分明显低于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05);联合组患者发热、腹痛、呕吐、排便和肠鸣音的恢复时间均明显低于常规组,差异均有统计学意义(P＜0.05);联合组患者 SF-36 评分高于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论:给予SAP患者基于MEWS评分的医护责任制分层级护理干预,可有效改善患者病情、促进患者康复并提高其生活质量.
Abstract
Objective:To explore the application effect of doctor-nurse responsibility system hierarchical nursing based on modified early warning score(MEWS)on patients with severe acute pancreatitis(SAP).Methods:A total of 64 SAP patients who visited our hospital from January 2022 to August 2023 were selected as the research subjects and randomly divided into combined group(n=34,received doctor-nurse responsibility system hierarchical nursing based on MEWS)and routine group(n=30,received routine nursing).The indicators of condition status(MEWS score),the recovery times of related symptoms and quality of life[36-item short form health survey(SF-36)score]were compared between the two groups.Results:After intervention,the MEWS score in combined group was significantly lower than that in routine group,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).The recovery times of fever,abdominal pain,vomiting,defecation and bowel sounds in combined group were shorter than those in routine group,and the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).The SF-36 score of combined group was higher than that of routine group,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion:Doctor-nurse responsibility system hierarchical nursing intervention based on MEWS can effectively improve the disease condition,promote the rehabilitation and enhance the quality of life in patients with SAP.
