互联网+健康教育在行经皮肾镜碎石术患者围手术期中的应用

摘要
目的:探讨互联网+健康教育在行经皮肾镜碎石术(PCNL)患者围手术期中的应用.方法:选取 2020 年 1月至 2023 年 11 月本院于本院行PCNL治疗的68 例患者为研究对象.随机分为纳入观察组(n=34,给予互联网+健康教育护理)和对照组(n=34,给予常规护理).比较两组患者围手术期相关指标、自我效能感、自我护理能力以及并发症发生情况.结果:观察组患者围手术期首次排气时间、留置导尿管时间、术后住院时间均显著短于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P＜0.05);干预 5d后,观察组患者自我效能感量表(GSES)评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05);观察组患者自我护理能力量表(ESCA)评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05);观察组患者并发症总发生率显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论:在行PCNL患者围手术期间实施互联网+健康教育能缩短患者术后康复时间,提高其自我效能感和自我护理能力,降低术后并发症发生风险.
Abstract
Objective:To explore the application of Internet plus health education in the perioperative period of patients undergoing percutaneous nephrolithotomy(PCNL).Methods:A total of 64 patients with PCNL in our hospital from January 2020 to November 2023 were selected as the study subjects and randomly divided into observation group(n=34,received Internet plus health education)and control group(n=34,received routine management).Perioperative-related indicators,self-efficacy,self-care ability and complications were compared between the two groups.Results:The first exhaust time,indwelling catheter time and postoperative hospital stay in observation group were significantly shorter than those in control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).After 5 days of intervention,the score of general perceived self-efficacy scale(GSES)in observation group was higher than that of control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).The score of evaluation of self-care ability scale(ESCA)in observation group was higher than that of control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).The incidence rate of complications was significantly lower in observation group compared to control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion:The implementation of Internet plus health education during perioperative period of patients undergoing PCNL can shorten the postoperative rehabilitation time,enhance the self-efficacy and self-care ability,and reduce the risk of postoperative complications.
