摘要
目的:探讨前瞻性护理结合舒适干预在维持性血液透析(MHD)患者中的应用效果.方法:选取 2022 年 6月至 2023 年 6 月于本院进行治疗的 82 例MHD患者作为研究对象,根据入院治疗时间将其分为观察组(n=41,2023 年 1 月～2023 年 6 月入院,实行前瞻性护理结合舒适干预)和对照组(n=41,2022 年 6 月～2022 年 12 月入院,实行舒适干预).比较两组患者睡眠质量、心理状态及并发症发生情况.结果:干预后,观察组患者匹慈堡睡眠质量指数量表(PSQI)评分、焦虑自评量(SAS)评分、抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分、并发症发生率均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论:前瞻性护理结合舒适干预能有效改善MHD患者睡眠质量,心理状态,在预防并发症发展中有积极的作用.
Abstract
Objective:To explore the effect of prospective care combined with comfort intervention in maintenance haemodialysis(MHD)patients.Methods:A total of 82 MHD patients who were treatment in our hospital from June 2022 to June 2023 were selected as the research objects,and they were divided into observation group(n=41,admitted from January 2023 to June 2023,received prospective care combined with comfort intervention)and control group(n=41,admitted from June 2022 to December 2022,received comfort intervention).The two groups were compared in terms of sleep quality,psychological status,and the occurrence of complications.Results:The scores of Pittsburgh sleep quality index(PSQI),self-rating anxiety scale(SAS),self-rating depression scale(SDS),and complication rates were lower in observation group than in control group after the intervention,and the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion:Prospective care combined with comfort interventions can effectively improve the sleep quality and psychological state of MHD patients,and have a positive effect in preventing complications.
