医护一体化护理模式在肝动脉化疗栓塞术介入治疗肝癌患者中的应用

摘要
目的:探讨医护一体化护理模式在肝动脉化疗栓塞术(TACE)介入治疗肝癌患者中的应用效果.方法:选取 2022 年 1 月至 2023 年 1 月本院收治的 62 例接受TACE介入治疗的肝癌患者为研究对象.依照护理方案,将其分为观察组(n=32,采用医护一体化护理模式)和对照组(n=30,采用常规护理模式).比较两组患者生活质量、心理状态、疼痛程度以及并发症总发生率.结果:干预后,观察组患者健康调查简表(SF-36)评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05);观察组患者焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分均明显低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P＜0.05);观察组患者视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05);观察组患者并发症总发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论:医护一体化护理模式可提高TACE术后患者的生活质量,减轻疼痛,降低并发症发生率,改善患者负面情绪,值得临床应用.
Abstract
Objective:To explore the application effect of integrated medical and nursing care model in patients with hepatocellular carcinoma treated by transcatheter arterial chemoembolization(TACE)intervention.Methods:Sixty-two cases of hepatocellular carcinoma patients admitted to our hospital from January 2022 to January 2023 were selected as research objects.According to the nursing care model,they were divided into observation group(n=32,received integrated medical and nursing care model)and the control group(n=30,received conventional nursing care model).The quality of life,metal state,pain level and total incidence of complications were compared between the two groups.Results:After the intervention,the 36-item short form health survey(SF-36)score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).The self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)score and self-rating depression scale(SDS)score of observation group were lower than those of control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).The visual analogue scale(VAS)score of observation group was lower than that of control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).The total incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion:The integrated medical and nursing care model can improve the quality of life of patients after TACE surgery,reduce their pain level and incidence of complications,and improve patients'negative emotions,so it can be further promoted and used.
