医护一体化护理模式在内镜下氩离子凝固术治疗胃息肉患者中的构建及应用

摘要
目的:探讨在内镜下氩离子凝固术治疗胃息肉患者中,如何构建医护一体化护理模式,并分析其应用效果.方法:选取 2020 年 1 月至 2023 年 12 月期间,于本院接受内镜下氩离子凝固术治疗的 142 例胃息肉患者作为研究对象.按照护理方案,将其分为观察组(n=72,采用医疗一体化护理)和对照组(n=70,采用常规护理).比较两组患者干预前后心境状态量表(POMS)、术后恢复情况及并发症发生率.结果:干预后,两组患者POMS评分均大幅度下降,且观察组患者POMS评分显著低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P＜0.05).观察组患者术后住院时长、肠鸣音恢复时长、首次排气时长、首次排便时长均短于对照组,且并发症发生率低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论:医护一体化模式在内镜下氩离子凝固术治疗胃息肉患者的构建和应用中具有积极作用,该模式可有效缓解患者不良心理反应,减轻并发症发生.
Abstract
Objective:To explore construct a medical and nursing integration nursing model in the endoscopic argon ion coagulation treatment of gastric polyp patients andanalyze its application effect.Methods:A total of 142 patients with gastric polyps treated with endoscopic argon ion coagulation in our hospital between January 2020 and December 2023 were selected in this study.According to the nursing methods,they were divided into observation group(n=72,received medical and nursing integration care model)and control group(n=70,received conventional care only).The profile of mood states(POMS),postoperative recovery and complication rate were compared between the two groups.Results:After the intervention,POMS scores decreased substantially in both groups,and POMS scores were significantly lower in observation group than those of control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).The length of postoperative hospitalization,bowel sounds recovery,first gas evacuation,and first bowel movement in observation group were shorter than those of control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).The complication rate was lower in observation group than that of control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion:The medical and nursing integration model has a positive role in the construction and application of endoscopic argon ion coagulation for the treatment of patients with gastric polyps,which can effectively alleviate the adverse psychological reactions of patients,reduce the occurrence of complications.
