全方位细节管理干预在白内障手术患者中的应用

摘要
目的:探讨全方位细节管理干预在白内障手术患者中的应用效果.方法:选取 2019 年 4 月至 2022 年 6月在本院进行白内障手术的 101 例患者为研究对象,依据护理干预方式,将其分为观察组(n=52,予以全方位细节管理干预)和对照组(n=49,予以常规护理干预).对比两组患者干预后并发症情况、视力情况、生活质量综合评定问卷-74 量表(GQOLI-74)评分及护理质量.结果:干预后,观察组患者GQOLI-74 量表中各维度评分均显著高于对照组,观察组患者基础护理、专科护理、常规质控、护患沟通各项护理质量评分也比对照组高,差异均有统计学意义(P＜0.05);观察组患者并发症发生率(3/52,5.77%)比对照组(10/49,20.41%)低,差异具有统计学意义(P＜0.05);干预后 1 周及 3 月观察组患者视力均优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论:在白内障术后患者中实施全方位细节管理干预,能有效降低术后并发症发生率,改善患者视力和生活质量.
Abstract
Objective:To explore the application effect of comprehensive detail management intervention in cataract surgery patients.Methods:A total of 101 patients who underwent cataract surgery in our hospital from April 2019 to June 2022 were selected as study subjects.According to nursing interventions,they were divided into observation group(n=52,given all-round detail management intervention)and control group(n=49,given routine nursing intervention).The complication rate,visual acuity,and quality of life scores of the GQOLI-74 comprehensive assessment questionnaire and nursing quality between the two groups after intervention were compared.Results:After intervention,the scores of all dimensions on the GQOLI-74 scale in observation group were significantly higher than those in control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05);the scores of observation group in the basic nursing care,specialty nursing care,routine quality control,nurse-patient communication quality of care scores were higher than those of control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).The incidence of complications of the observation group(3/52,5.77%)was lower than that of the control group(10/49,20.41%),and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05);After 1 week and 3 months of intervention,the visual acuity of observation group was lower than that of control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion:Implementing an all-encompassing detail management intervention in post-cataract patients effectively reduce the incidence of postoperative complications and improve the patient's vision and quality of life.
