摘要
目的:探讨快速康复护理(FTS)理念联合自我效能干预在子宫全切患者围手术期的应用效果.方法:选取2022 年5 月至2023 年12 月于本院行子宫全切手术治疗的118 例患者为研究对象,根据护理方式将其分为观察组(n=62,实施FTS理念联合自我效能干预)和对照组(n=56,仅实施常规护理),比较两组患者护理效果.结果:干预后,观察组患者社会影响量表(SIS)评分显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05);干预后,观察组患者回避、屈服维度得分均显著低于对照组,面对维度得分显著高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P＜0.05);干预后,观察组焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分均显著低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P＜0.05);干预后,观察组护理满意度更高,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论:FTS理念联合自我效能干预更有利于降低子宫全切患者病耻感,改善患者心态及应对方式.
Abstract
Objective:To explore the application effect of fast track surgery(FTS)concept combined with self-efficacy intervention in the perioperative period of patients undergoing total hysterectomy.Methods:A total of 118 patients who underwent total hysterectomy surgery in our hospital from May 2022 to December 2023 were selected as research objects.They were divided into observation group(n=62,received FTS concept combined with self-efficacy intervention)and control group(n=56,received conventional nursing only),based on nursing interventions.The nursing effects were compared between the two groups.Results:After the intervention,the social impact scale(SIS)score of observation group was lower than that of control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).After the intervention,the scores of the avoidance and submission dimensions of observation group were lower than those of control group,and the scores of the confrontation dimension were significantly higher than those of control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).After the intervention,the scores of the self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)and self-rating depression scale(SDS)of observation group were significantly lower than those of control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).And after the intervention,the satisfaction observation group was higher,and the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion:The FTS concept combined with self-efficacy intervention is more conducive to reducing the sense of shame in patients with total hysterectomy,improving patients'mindset and coping styles.
