摘要
目的:探讨时机性叙事护理模式干预对急性上消化道出血(AUGIB)患者自我效能感及心理韧性的影响.方法:选取 2022 年 12 月至 2023 年 6 月本院收治的 96 例AUGIB为研究对象,按护理方法,分将其为实验组(n=48,在常规护理模式基础上给予时机性叙事护理模式干预)和对照组(n=48,给予常规护理模式干预).比较两组患者自我效能[一般自我效能感量表(GSES)]、心理韧性[心理弹性量表(CD-RISC)]和护理满意度.结果:干预后实验组患者GSES、CD-RISC评分均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P＜0.05);干预后实验组患者护理满意度(47/48,93.75%)高于对照组(40/48,83.33%),差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论:AUGIB患者采取时机性叙事护理模式,能增强患者自我效能感,提高心理韧性,患者满意度高.
Abstract
Objective:To explore the effect of the timed narrative nursing intervention on self-efficacy and psychological resilience of patients with acute upper gastrointestinal bleeding(AUGIB).Methods:A total of 96 cases of AUGIB admitted to our hospital from December 2022 to June 2023 were selected as the research subjects,and they were divided into experimental group(n=48,given a timed narrative nursing mode based on the conventional nursing mode)and control group(n=48,given a conventional nursing mode)according to nursing methods.The self-efficacy[general self-efficacy scale(GSES)],psychological resilience[Connor-Davidson resilience scale(CD-RISC)],and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results:After the intervention,the scores of GSES and CD-RISC in experimental group were higher than those in control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05);the nursing satisfaction of experimental group(47/48,93.75%)was higher than that of control group(40/48,83.33%),and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion:The timed narrative nursing interventionon patients with AUGIB can enhance their self-efficacy,improve their psychological resilience,and increase their satisfaction.
