摘要
目的:探讨 Watson 关怀理论的激励式护理干预对髋关节置换术患者康复进程及负性情绪的影响.方法:选取 2022 年 5 月至 2023 年 5 月本院收治的 80 例行髋关节置换术患者为研究对象,按护理方法将其分为实验组(n=40,给予Watson关怀理论的激励式护理模式干预)和对照组(n=40,给予常规护理模式干预).比较两组患者术后康复进程、负性情绪和护理满意度.结果:干预后实验组患者下床活动时间、住院时间、髋关节恢复时间均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05);干预后实验组患者焦虑自评量表(SAS)评分和抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05);干预后实验组患者护理满意度(38/40,95.00%)高于对照组(31/40,77.50%),差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论:Watson关怀理论的激励式护理应用于髋关节置换术患者,能促进患者早日康复,减少患者负性情绪,患者满意度高.
Abstract
Objective:To explore the influence of incentive nursing intervention based on Watson's care theory on the rehabilitation process and negative emotions of patients undergoing hip replacement surgery.Methods:A total of 80 patients who underwent hip replacement surgery in our hospital from May 2022 to May 2023 were selected as the research subjects and they were divided into experimental group(n=40,given an incentive nursing model based on Watson's care theory)and control group(n=40,given a conventional nursing model)according to nursing methods.The postoperative rehabilitation process,negative emotions,and nursing satisfaction between two groups were compared.Results:After intervention,the experimental group had shorter mobilization time,hospitalization time,and hip joint recovery time than control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05);The scores of the self rating anxiety scale(SAS)and self rating depression scale(SDS)in experimental group were lower than those in control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05);After intervention,the nursing satisfaction rate of experimental group(38/40,95.00%)was higher than that of control group(31/40,77.50%),and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion:The application of Watson's caring theory in motivational nursing for patients undergoing hip replacement surgery can promote their early recovery,reduce their negative emotions,and increase their satisfaction.
