摘要
目的:探讨Cox健康行为互动模式(Cox-IMCHB)在造血干细胞移植患者护理中的应用效果.方法:选取2022 年 1 月至 2023 年 6 月本院收治的 62 例造血干细胞移植患者作为研究对象.按照随机数字表法,将其分为观察组(n=31,采用Cox健康行为互动模式)和对照组(n=31,采用常规术后护理).比较两组患者护理前后健康自我管理能力、生活质量及并发症发生情况.结果:干预后,两组患者成年人健康自我管理能力测评量表评分、癌症治疗功能评价-骨髓移植测评(FACT-BMT)评分均升高,且观察组患者高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P＜0.05);观察组患者并发症发生率低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论:Cox-IMCHB能够提升造血干细胞移植患者健康自我管理能力,减少术后并发症的发生,提高生活质量.
Abstract
Objective:To expore the application effect of Cox health behavior interaction mode(Cox-IMCHB)in the nursing of hematopoietic stem cell transplantation patients.Methods:Sixty-two patients undergoing hematopoietic stem cell transplantation admitted to our hospital between January 2022 and June 2023 were enrolled in this study.The patients were randomly divided into an observation group(n=31,given Cox health behavior interaction mode)and a control group(n=31,given routine postoperative care).The self-management ability of health、the quality of life before nursing,and the incidence of postoperative complications before and after nursing were compared between two groups.Results:After intervention,the scores of the two groups of adult health self-management ability assessment scales and the FACT-BMT scores for cancer treatment function evaluation increased,and observation group was higher than those of control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).The incidence of postoperative complications in observation group was lower than that of control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion:Cox-IMCHB can enhance the self-management ability of hematopoietic stem cell transplantation patients,reduce the occurrence of postoperative complications,and improve quality of life.
