协同护理联合饮食规划对超重/肥胖妊娠期糖尿病患者体重控制及妊娠结局的影响

摘要
目的:探讨协同护理联合饮食规划对超重/肥胖妊娠期糖尿病(GDM)患者体重控制效果及对妊娠结局的影响.方法:选取2020 年1 月至2023 年9 月本院收治的65 例超重/肥胖GDM患者为研究对象.按照随机数字表法,将其分为观察组(n=33,予以协同护理联合饮食规划)和对照组(n=32,予以常规护理联合饮食规划).分析比较两组患者的体重、血糖控制情况及妊娠结局.结果:护理后,观察组患者血糖控制有效率高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P＜0.05).观察组患者的体重增重、身体质量指数(BMI)的增长幅度均小于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P＜0.05).观察组患者的不良妊娠结局发生率低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论:协同护理联合饮食规划能够有效控制超重/肥胖GDM患者血糖水平和体重,减少不良妊娠结局的发生.
Abstract
Objective:To explore the effects of collaborative nursing combined diet planning on weight control and pregnancy outcomes in overweight/obese gestational diabetes mellitus(GDM)patients.Methods:A total of 65 overweight/obese GDM patients admitted to our hospital from January 2020 to September 2023 were selected as the study objects.They were randomly divided into observation group(n=33,given collaborative nursing combined with dietary planning)and control group(n=32,given routine nursing combined with diet planning).The weight,blood glucose control and pregnancy outcome of the two groups were analyzed and compared.Results:After nursing,the effective rate of blood glucose control in observation group was higher than that in control group,the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).The weight gain and body mass index(BMI)of the observation group were lower than those of control group,the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).The incidence of adverse pregnancy outcome in observation group was lower than that of control group,the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion:Coordinated nursing combined with diet planning can effectively control blood glucose level and body weight in overweight/obese GDM patients,and reduce the occurrence of adverse pregnancy outcomes.
