乡村幼儿园教师职业吸引力关键影响因素识别——基于DEMATEL-ISM方法

基于ERG理论,运用决策实验室分析法(DEMATEL)和解释结构模型(ISM)厘清影响乡村幼儿园教师职业吸引力的13个因素的重要程度与内在层级关系,以探寻其中的关键因素。研究发现:发展前景、工作条件保障、社会地位和职称晋升制度是影响乡村幼儿园教师职业吸引力的关键因素。其中,发展前景和社会地位是影响乡村幼儿园教师职业吸引力的根源性因素;工作条件保障和职称晋升制度是影响乡村幼儿园教师职业吸引力的中间因素,起关键枢纽作用。因此,开拓乡村幼儿园教师职业的发展前景、改善乡村幼儿园教师的工作条件、提高乡村幼儿园教师的社会地位、推动乡村幼儿园教师职称晋升发展是提升乡村幼儿园教师职业吸引力的有效举措。
Identification of the Key Factors Influencing Rural Kindergarten Teachers'Professional Attraction:Based on DEMATEL-ISM Method
Based on the ERG theory,this study employs the Decision-Making Trial and Evaluation Laboratory(DEMATEL)and Interpretative Structural Modeling(ISM)methods to clarify the importance and internal hierarchical relationship of 13 factors influencing the professional attractiveness of rural kindergarten teachers,so as to identify the key factors among them.The results show that career development prospects,working condition guarantees,social status,and professional title promotion system are the key factors influencing the professional attractiveness of rural kindergarten teachers.Among these,career development prospects and social status are the fundamental factors influencing the professional attractiveness of rural kindergarten teachers,while working condition guarantees and professional title promotion system are the intermediate factors,playing pivotal roles as key nodes.Therefore,expanding career development opportunities for rural kindergarten teachers,improving their working conditions,enhancing their social status,and advancing the professional title promotion system are effective measures to increase the professional attractiveness of rural kindergarten teaching positions.
