Identification of the Key Factors Influencing Rural Kindergarten Teachers'Professional Attraction:Based on DEMATEL-ISM Method
Based on the ERG theory,this study employs the Decision-Making Trial and Evaluation Laboratory(DEMATEL)and Interpretative Structural Modeling(ISM)methods to clarify the importance and internal hierarchical relationship of 13 factors influencing the professional attractiveness of rural kindergarten teachers,so as to identify the key factors among them.The results show that career development prospects,working condition guarantees,social status,and professional title promotion system are the key factors influencing the professional attractiveness of rural kindergarten teachers.Among these,career development prospects and social status are the fundamental factors influencing the professional attractiveness of rural kindergarten teachers,while working condition guarantees and professional title promotion system are the intermediate factors,playing pivotal roles as key nodes.Therefore,expanding career development opportunities for rural kindergarten teachers,improving their working conditions,enhancing their social status,and advancing the professional title promotion system are effective measures to increase the professional attractiveness of rural kindergarten teaching positions.
