教师生成式人工智能接纳度量表的编制与验证

摘要
为揭示我国中小学及幼儿园教师对生成式人工智能的接纳度,基于 AIDUA 模型,结合文献分析、教师访谈、专家修正、项目分析、探索性因素分析、验证性因素分析等多个环节,编制了一阶九因素教师生成式人工智能接纳度量表.同时,运用此量表对955名中小学及幼儿园教师生成式人工智能的接纳度进行初步考察.结果发现:受试教师虽然对生成式人工智能的认知较少、经验有限,但整体对生成式人工智能的使用持积极态度;他们形成生成式人工智能使用意向的内在机理大致经历了认知评估、情感生成、行为意向形成等三个阶段.验证表明,量表具有较好的信度和效度,可以作为教师生成式人工智能接纳度测评的有效工具.
Abstract
To reveal the acceptance of generative artificial intelligence(Gen AI)among primary,secondary,and kindergarten teachers in China,a first-order,nine-factor scale for measuring teachers'acceptance of Gen AI was developed based on the AIDUA model.This process involved literature review,teacher interviews,expert revisions,item analysis,exploratory factor analysis,and confirmatory factor analysis.Using this scale,the acceptance of Gen AI was preliminarily investigated among 955 primary,secondary,and kindergarten teachers.The findings indicate that while teachers have limited awareness and experience with Gen AI,they generally hold positive attitudes toward its use.The internal mechanism shaping teachers'intentions to use Gen AI appears to undergo three stages:cognitive appraisal,affective generation,and formation of behavioral intentions.Validation confirms that the scale possesses good reliability and validity,making it an effective tool for assessing teachers'acceptance of Gen AI.
