摘要

河南某合成氨生产企业,其生产废水氨氮浓度高,生化效果差,本研究在预处理和生化阶段分别采用MAP 和A/O工艺对其进行处理.工程实践表明,该工艺具有很好的处理效果,且工艺技术可靠、运行稳定、维护管理方便.经该工艺处理后,COD、NH3-N、SS的去除率分别为82.06%、92.94%、72.22%,处理出水达到合成氨工业水污染物排放标准(GB 13458-2001)的一级排放标准.同时,出水回用于生产后可取得显著的经济效益和社会效益.

Abstract

There was a synthetic ammonia production enterprise in Henan province, the production wastewater of which contained high ammonia concentration and poor biological effects. Because of that, in preprocessing and biochemical stage, MAP and A/O process were used. Engineering practice showed that the process had a very good treatment effect, and the technology was reliable, stable operation, easy maintenance and management. After the treatment process, COD, NH,-N, SS removal rates were 82.06%, 92.94%, 72.22%, repectively, and the treated effluent achieved "industrial water pollutant discharge standards ammonia" (GB 13458-2001) of an emission standard. At the same time, when we used the back water for production, we gained significant economic and social benefits.
