随着人类社会的发展,高度集中化的城市或工业园区容易发生突发性环境污染事故,对城市环境及人民生命安全造成威胁。但常规的处理工艺无法应对突发性环境污染造成的超标污染物,如何采用有效的应急处置技术,在最短时间有效去除污染物,并且技术具备快速进场属性,已成为当前环保领域所面临的新课题。生物酶催化作为一种低成本、低能耗的技术在废水处理领域已受到了广泛的研究。本文综述了酶催化在废水处理和污泥处置方面的优势,总结了当前酶催化应用研究的固定技术与研究进展。
The Advancements in Enzyme Catalysis for Wastewater Treatment
With the advancement of human society,highly centralized cities or industrial parks are susceptible to sudden environmental pollution incidents that pose a threat to urban environments and people's safety.However,conventional treatment processes are inadequate in dealing with excessive pollutants resulting from such incidents.The adoption of effective emergency treatment technology that can rapidly remove pollutants while ensuring swift implementation has become a new challenge facing the current field of environmental protection.Enzymatic catalysis,as a low-cost and low-energy technology,has been extensively studied in wastewater treatment.This paper reviews the advantages of enzyme catalysis in wastewater treatment and sludge disposal,as well as summarizes current fixation technologies and research progress on enzyme catalysis applications.
