庐山温泉降氟提质效果与机理研究

经济高效降氟并保留有益组分是含氟温泉水提质为安全饮用水亟待解决的难题。以庐山温泉水为研究对象,采用食品级碱式碳酸镁(FGBMC)作为降氟剂,研究碳酸镁吸附温泉水中氟的机理与效果,以及振荡时间、投加量、振荡频率等主控因素对降氟效果及水质的影响。结果表明:FGBMC降氟效果显著,安全性高,能有效保留水体的有益组分。最佳方案为FGBMC投加量1。9 g、温泉水30 mL、T=25℃、在100 r/min的振荡条件下振荡60 min、随后静置30 min,F-符合医疗价值浓度(>1。0 mg/L)和饮用天然矿泉水标准(<1。5 mg/L);有益组分H2SiO3、Sr、Li浓度符合饮用天然矿泉水的标准,降氟提质效果良好;FGBMC对F-的吸附过程符合准一级、准二级动力学模型,吸附过程属于物理-化学吸附;表征结果表明,F-与FGBMC表面之间存在离子交换反应和络合反应;模拟结果表明,有益组分F、Li主要以F-、Li+形态存在,Si以SiO2、HSiO3-、NaHSiO3形态为主,Sr以Sr2+、SrCO3、SrSO4形态为主,pH值变化会引起Si、Sr主要形态转化。
Research on the Effect and Mechanism of Fluoride Reduction and Quality Enhancement in Lushan Hot Spring
Economic and efficient fluoride reduction and retention of beneficial components are the urgent problems to be solved to improve the quality of fluoridated hot spring water into safe drinking water.Taking Lushan hot spring water as the research object,food-grade alkaline magnesium carbonate(FGBMC)was used as the fluoride reduction agent to study the mechanism and effect of fluoride adsorption by magnesium carbonate in the hot spring water,as well as the influence of the main control factors,such as the time of oscillation,the amount of dosage,and the frequency of oscillation,on the effect of fluoride reduction and the water quality.The results show that FGBMC has significant fluoride reduction effect,high safety,and can effectively retain the beneficial components of the water body.The optimal solution was 1.9 g of FGBMC,30 mL of hot spring water,T=25℃,oscillation at 100 r/min for 60 min,followed by 30 min of resting,and the F-concentration met the standards of medical value(>1.0 mg/L)and natural mineral water for drinking(<1.5 mg/L);and the concentrations of the beneficial components,H2SiO3,Sr,and Li,met the standards of natural mineral water for drinking.The concentration of beneficial components H2SiO3,Sr and Li was in accordance with the standard of drinking natural mineral water,and the effect of fluoride reduction and quality enhancement was good;the adsorption process of F-by FGBMC was in accordance with the quasi-primary and quasi-secondary kinetic model,and the adsorption process belonged to the physico-chemical adsorption;the results of the characterization showed that there existed ion-exchange reaction and complexation reaction between the surface of F-and FGBMC;and the results of the simulation showed that the beneficial components F and Li existed in the form of F-and Li+,and the Si was in the form of SiO2,HSiO3-,and NaHSiO3,and Sr is mainly in the form of Sr2+,SrCO3,and SrSO4,and the change of pH will cause the transformation of the main forms of Si and Sr.
