The Process Design for Chemical Synthesis Pharmaceutical Wastewater Treatment by Hydrolysis Acidification and CASS Process
The wastewater of a pharmaceutical factory is divided into two categories:production wastewater and domestic wastewater.The wastewater treatment project adopts coagulation precipitation,hydrolysis acidification and CASS process to treat the comprehensive wastewater,and the designed treatment water volume is 3 000 m3/d.The removal rates of COD,and NH4+-N are 87.0%、82.3%,respectively,and the treated effluent meets the standards for discharge to municipal wastewater treatment plants,which provided a reference for the treatment of high concentration pharmaceutical wastewater.
