摘要
高质量的导游讲解能够协调导游与游客关系,增强旅游者深化体验,有助于提升景区知名度和美誉度.文章深入分析了当前雅鲁藏布大峡谷景区导游讲解存在的主要问题,并有针对性地提出了改善导游讲解质量的对策和建议,使导游的讲解能适应社会发展,满足旅游者的多样化需求,达到提升景区形象,增加景区魅力、品位和感召力,加深旅游者对景区的理解、认知和体验水平.
Abstract
High-quality guided explaining can harmonize the relationship between guides and tourists, enhance the depth of tourists experience, and help increase the visibility and reputation of scenic spots. The main problems existing in the guided tours of the Yarlung Zangbo Grand Canyon Scenic Spot was analyzed thoroughly in this paper, and proposes countermeasures and suggestions for improving the quality of guided explaining in a targeted manner so that the guides can adapt to social development and satisfy various requirements, to enhance the image of the scenic area, increase the charm, taste and appeal of the scenic area, and deepen the level of understanding, recognition and experience of the tourists.
