Research on the Impact of R&D Investment on Business Performance of Listed Home Appliance Companies——The Regulatory Effect Based on Equity Concentration
The article takes panel data of listed home appliance companies from 2017 to 2021 as the research sample,and uses multiple regression analysis to study the impact of R&D investment on business performance of home appliance enterprises.At the same time,the moderating variable"equity concentration"is introduced to explore whether it has a moderating effect on the relationship between R&D investment and business performance.The research results show that there is a lag in the impact of R&D investment on business performance in home appliance enterprises.There is no significant correlation between current R&D investment and business performance,while there is a significant positive correlation between R&D investment and business performance that lags for one period.In addition,the economic effects of R&D investment are influenced by equity concentration,which has a significant positive moderating effect on the relationship between R&D investment and business performance.Only when equity concentration exceeds a certain value,can R&D investment have a significant promoting effect on business performance.
