Measurement and Dynamic Evolution of High Quality Development in Manufacturing Industry
The article combines the new development requirements of low-carbon development and intelligent innovation in the manufacturing industry,constructs an evaluation index system for high-quality development in the manufacturing industry,uses the CRITIC entropy weight TOPSIS model to calculate the high-quality development index of China's provincial manufacturing industry from 2015 to 2020,and further studies the regional differences and dynamic evolution characteristics of high-quality development in the manufacturing industry.The results indicate that the high-quality development of the manufacturing industry has achieved good results,especially since 2017,but there is a clear pattern of unbalanced spatial development,showing a polarization phenomenon.The relative differences in the high-quality development level of the manufacturing industry among regions showed a trend of first increasing and then decreasing during the sample period.The degree of regional differences in the high-quality development of manufacturing in the Northeast and Eastern regions is relatively small.The difference in high-quality development of manufacturing industry between regions is the main source of regional differences.The high-quality development of provincial manufacturing industry has spatial dependence,and there is a heterogeneous spatial radiation effect on the transfer of high-quality development level of manufacturing industry in its surrounding provinces.
